Lasagna
Last week I bought a Pyrex baking pan because I was craving some homemade Rice Krispies treats. Inspired by the photo of lasagna on the pan’s wrapper, I decided to make spinach lasagna. The urge to bake just could not be ignored.
I used this recipe. It was actually really easy and it only took me a long time because I’m a perfectionist when it comes to dicing onions; they all much be uniformly sized! I’ve never made lasagna from scratch before, so I couldn’t trust myself to video blog the thing while making sure I didn’t screw it up.
It was delicioussss! Yummy yum yum.
